À la suite de la projection de Promenade, la performance, accompagnée d'une lecture de White Spaces de Paul Auster après la projection du film Promenade, prolonge la réflexion sur l'enfermement et la politique du corps dans l'espace public pendant la pandémie. En écho aux confrontations physiques de Marina Abramovic, le corps passe de l'isolement derrière la vitrine, par une trappe dissimulée sous la table, à une proximité imposée : dans l'étroite ruelle en cul-de-sac, personne ne peut sortir sans passer près de lui.

Sanitary distance
Following the screening of Promenade, the performance, accompanied by a reading of Paul Auster’s White Spaces, extends the film’s reflection on confinement and the politics of the body in public space during the pandemic. Echoing Marina Abramović’s physical confrontations, the body moves from isolation behind the gallery window, through a trapdoor concealed beneath the table, into an imposed proximity: in the narrow dead-end alley, no one can leave without passing close by.
